I was finally able to try Google Glass!!

As I wait for 1 year, I was finally able to get a chance to see and use Google's innovative invention, Google Glass. Just a reminder, it is still in a beta version so that when the time comes for Google Glass to sit on the store, it might change a little bit.  When I first wore the Glass, I thought that it was just normal because of its capability as a portable device. However, once I turned on the power of Glass, the world had changed.

Google promotes the Google Glass with a phrase "Welcome to the world through glasses". It was true. When I wear the glasses, one blur transplant window pops up in the middle of my sight. It disappears in a second so that it does not disturb you from looking at objects. When you want to ask Google Glass to do something, you can just say "Ok Glass". It is easy, isn't it?

One of the feature of Glass which surprised is its camera, which takes point-of-view photos and HD video when the wearer says "Ok Glass, take a picture/video." However, it has also drawn criticism for probability of invading one's privacy. For example, if wearer loose the Glasses, that person's photo or video might be seen by third person. But there is a solution to find your lost Glasses. I found that even though there is nothing to stop someone taking the device and accessing your personal info rations, the My Glass Android app can locate a lost or stolen Glass and let the user reset it remotely, removing all content. I hope it would be in probed in the future.

In terms of features, Google Glass is able to do quite a lot more than we had expected. Able to take photos, direct you, answer Google Search questions and even send text messages and read emails, it's a very impressive device.
